We are a team of real-estate professionals with an office in Zona Río, Tijuana. We work Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada, and Tecate: we know every neighborhood, every price trend, and every piece of paperwork — because we have spent nearly two decades living them.
Our story
ICR Inmobiliario was born in Tijuana and grew with the region: today we handle sales, rentals, and property management throughout Mexico, from our base in Tijuana. Eighteen years in the northern Baja market — and now in the rest of the country — have taught us what no manual can: which area is climbing, which document is missing, and which price actually sells.
Every decision we make comes down to one question: does this serve our client? That is how we choose which properties to represent, how we set a price, and when to say «this deal is not right for you». The satisfaction of the people who trust us is not a slogan — it is the standard.
